Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the our website or any related mobile apps and platforms (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept these updates. It’s your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The Site is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you are of legal age and comply with local laws and regulations.

Services and Collaboration

The Parties agree that we will provide IT services related to crowd marketing and website promotion, specifically offering niche-relevant links to your specified resources based on your requirements. We will deliver these services according to agreed schedules and specifications, accessible in your Customer’s Area after sign-in. “Services Output” refers to both tangible and intangible results provided under these Terms. "Order" is the request for specific Services Outputs, which you place and pay for on the Site. After placing an Order, you will receive login credentials to access your Customer’s Area where you can provide your Specifications. Both Parties acknowledge that a successful partnership requires commitment, cooperation, feedback, and mutual trust. We agree to communicate openly and objectively, even when opinions differ.

Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline for each Service Output is agreed upon by both Parties in the Customer’s Area for every Order. If any changes occur to the expected delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you within 2 calendar days of receiving this information. In case of a delay exceeding 10 calendar days, you are eligible for a reimbursement as outlined in these Terms.

Payment Terms

Work on your Order will begin only after payment is received, as specified in the Invoice and Order Summary in your Customer’s Area. We accept payments through PayPal, ACH Transfer, Wire Transfer, or other mutually agreed methods. All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are processed on a prepayment basis. Partial deliveries are allowed—if 500 items are required, you can provide 100 items for the first delivery, 200 for the second, and 200 for the third. Each new specification should be submitted in the Customer’s Area.

Balance of Services

If you place an Order with Partial Deliveries, you will have a Balance representing the remaining Services Outputs. The Balance is calculated by subtracting the number of Services Outputs for which you’ve provided Specifications from the total number of Outputs ordered. For example, if you order 500 Services Outputs and provide Specifications for 100, your Balance will be 400. You can use the Balance within 1 year from the Order Date (when payment is made). After 1 year, any unused Balance will no longer be available.

Refund Policy

If the delivery is delayed by more than 10 calendar days or if we fail to fulfill the Order (e.g., unable to find necessary sites for link placement for over 2 weeks), you are eligible for reimbursement for the undelivered Services Outputs.
